It depends! Typically I am booking 1-3 months in advance, but sometimes there are openings for shoots that don’t require a ton of advance planning (e.g. individual portraits, family portraits) within 1-2 weeks. I always encourage you to get in touch as soon as you think about booking to avoid disappointment.

I am a member at The Creative Hive (located in West Edmonton), which has two large spaces and one smaller studio. Luminarie clients receive a special discount of 20% off any bookings.

YES! As soon as you’re officially booked, you will automatically receive an email with a link to all my recommended artists, as well as other experts who can help support your shoot.

While we don’t have an official prop supply list (yet)! I was once called a “knick knack hoarder” by a sassy moving guy (I prefer the term “collector”) so if you are looking for something specific for your shoot, send an email and ask!

Also, during your creative consultation, we often do some initial brainstorming about prop ideas, and I often offer use of props from my personal collection at this time.

PORTRAIT CLIENTS: You will always receive a link to your completed gallery within three weeks of your session.

BRAND CLIENTS: You will receive your proofing gallery within three business days of your shoot. This is a curated selection of images from your session, from which you can make your selections.

Once you select your favourites and notify me by email, you can expect your completed images within two weeks. The faster you make your selections, the faster you will receive your images.

Rush delivery of either five images or your full collection is available for a fee.

Please note that the two-week turnaround is guaranteed if you make your selections within 72 hours. We plan our schedule carefully and if you need a bit more time to make selections, that’s okay! But since there’s a chance we might be out of office once we hear back from you, it might take a bit longer.

Your gallery is always a curated selection of images from your shoot.

Good images will never be withheld from you!

The images removed from your gallery at photographer’s discretion are simply duplicates, technical errors, blinks, and unflattering images. There is never a need to see these ;)
